Job Description
What will you do:
- Lead, coach and manage the Services Representatives team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and service requests.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance.
- Encourage Services Representatives to identify new business opportunities Lead Generations to enhance Services growth.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service operations and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric Quality and HSE standards.
