DDS would like to announce the availability of a full-time Institutional Maintenance Foreman position working in the Northeast Region for the Hogan Regional Center in Danvers, MA. *GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* The Institutional Maintenance Foreman reports to the Director of Core Services and is responsible for the direct supervision of all maintenance department heads including the Painter, working foreman and Tractor Driver. The IMF is responsible for the supervision of the daily operations of the maintenance department. Meets daily with the Director of Core Services, and departmental supervisors and staff to discuss operational issues and project management oversight. Coordinates with OSS I providing support for Central supply operations as necessary. The IMF orders supplies, and equipment that maintains an appropriate inventory to meet the routine daily demands of the dept. & facility.
