Position Summary
The Opportunity: Skagit Valley College (SVC) is looking for an Instructional Designer and eLearning Specialist to provide direct support in the use of educational technology, the design, development, and delivery of online, hybrid and in-person learning. This position collaborates with faculty and subject matter experts to create meaningful, engaging, and equitable learning experience for all students. The position advances best practices of instructional design principles, contemporary pedagogical methods, integration of instructional technology, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom.
This position reports to the Director or eLearning; and collaborates with programs and faculty members in research and design of curriculum with emphasis on student success.
