We’re seeking a detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 2–5 years of experience designing learning solutions in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services, pharmaceuticals, utilities, manufacturing, aviation). You will design blended learning experiences that meet adult learners where they are—especially frontline and operational roles—and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is proficient with Articulate Storyline, collaborates seamlessly in cross-functional teams, and can translate complex SOPs, policies, and systems workflows into clear, practical learning. End-to-End Design & Development Conduct needs analyses, task analyses, and audience analyses for operational/field roles. Design and develop SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning using Articulate Storyline (and Rise as needed), as well as job aids, microlearning, instructor-led training (ILT/VILT), and performance support.
