Instructional Designer / e Learning Specialist

Role Overview This is an onsite, 6‐month contract position as an Instructional Design Specialist at BMHA. You will shape onboarding, systems training, compliance, and process‐based learning that supports day‐to‐day operations and helps teams deliver better service across the organization. What You'll Be Doing You'll design, develop, and maintain learning materials that help employees understand systems, policies, and processes.
