**Overview**
As an **Instructional Designer** , you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding and training programin support of our Federal client. You will work as part of a cross-functional team—including designers and technical experts—engaging with stakeholders and end-users to develop an effective approach and ensure adoption ofnew systems and processes.

+ Outline and understand end users to create training appropriate to meet their diverse needs
+ Analyze existing training materials and business processes to identify learning gaps/needs and opportunities for improvement
+ Research appropriate learning content and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to structure learning paths
