Position Summary:
The Department of English at Florida Atlantic University invites applications for two Instructor positions to begin in August 2026. Positions are non-tenure earning, nine-month renewable appointments with opportunities for summer teaching appointments. Successful candidates will have an MA, MFA, or PhD in English, Rhetoric and Composition, Creative Writing or a related discipline at the time of appointment (August 8, 2026).
Instructors are expected to teach a 4/4 course load, primarily on the Boca Raton campus, and contribute to Florida Atlantic University's General Education Curriculum core offerings in Communication and Humanities. Teach...
