Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for executing, directing and reporting the activities on your assigned work front of the Instrumentation and Control discipline in the Pre-Commissioning and commissioning team. The Instrumentation specialist will report to the I&C Leader of the area in which he is assigned. The Instrumentation specialist will provide technical support to other specialists.
Major Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Pre-Commissioning and commissioning team in activities associated with I&C, including checking schematics, loop checks, logic verification, checking alarms and setpoint, establishing communication links with other teams, attending delivery walks.
- Performing specific activities associated with I&C such as testing with PLC/PCS and other systems supplied by third parties.
