Glasgow City Council is seeking to appoint Instrumental Instructors of Baby Strings and upper strings, to work in various establishments throughout the city. You must be a passionate and well qualified musician with a true commitment to teaching, who will inspire the musical development of our children and young people. Teaching duties Baby Strings: To deliver whole class violin, viola and cello lessons as part of a team in Primary schools. Upper Strings: to teach violin and viola in small groups and individual lessons. In addition to the range of teaching and other duties outlined in the job specification we are looking for individuals who enjoy working collegiately, and who have a firm commitment to improving the outcomes for Glasgow's young people.
