Monitoring the technical definition of the S-813 Payload on-board & on-ground data management, from selection of the S-813 Spacecraft Supplier and Payload subcontractor through the design and development phase up to the launch, in-orbit commissioning, in orbit calibration and in-orbit operations of the Spacecraft.
- Monitor the technical definition of the S-813 Payload on-board data management through all project phases (selection of Spacecraft Supplier and Payload Subcontractor, design phase, development phase, launch phase, in-orbit commissioning, in-orbit calibration, in-orbit operations), with specific attention to onboard raw image formation (detection, compression, formatting) and image data download and processing.
- Provide technical support to S-813 Payload Lead, Spacecraft Lead and Ops/GS Lead in all aspects of the program related to on-board Payload data management and image formation.
