Key Responsibilities
- Process motor insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
- Prepare, verify, and maintain insurance-related documentation and records
- Liaise with insurance companies, workshops, customers, and internal teams on claims and policy matters
- Follow up on outstanding documents, claim statuses, and approvals
- Assist customers with insurance enquiries and provide timely updates
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of insurance databases and filing systems
- Coordinate vehicle accident reporting and claims submission processes
- Monitor policy expiry dates and support renewal activities
- Support daily administrative and operational duties within the department
