What you'll be doing on the job
Duties:
Process all types of Person Alteration transactions and deliver within service standards. Transactions, include changes in assignments, beneficiary nominations, change of signature, vesting, change of smoker/occupation/foreigner statuses, change of payee, party merging etc;Escalate to Compliance/AML on high-risk policyholders;Prepare endorsements/ letters;Check and file daily reports;Handle queries from reps, policyholders and internal staff;Assist in system testing for defects and enhancements;Assist in project w...
