About the role
We’re searching for an Insurance Advisor to join our Ontario office.
Compensation
Hourly rate $21.80 – $27.25, based on a 35‑hour week.
Responsibilities
- Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
- Take ownership of client relationships and retain customers.
- Uncover clients’ business challenges, act as advocate, and provide recommendations.
- Assist clients with insurance needs using basic underwriting knowledge.
Qualifications
- Track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Excellent time management and confidentiality.
- Insurance broker Level 2 license or working toward CAIB/CIP (financial support provided).
- 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience.
