DeNooyer Direct Insurance Services is seeking a dedicated Insurance Agency Customer Service Representative to join our team in Colonie, NY. Our insurance agency is located inside the DeNooyer Chevrolet dealership. In this role, you will be a point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support related to their insurance policies. You will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their interaction with our agency. DeNooyer Direct Insurance Services operating hours are Mon-Thur 9:00am -7:00pm; Fri 9:00am - 6:00pm and Sat 9:00am - 5:00pm. ***This is a part time position - the candidate must have availability some evenings and rotating Saturdays.
