Responsibilities
- Identify and assess the financial needs of potential clients
- Present and explain suitable life insurance products and solutions
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients
- Assist clients with policy applications, requirements, and after‑sales servicing
- Conduct follow‑ups, policy reviews, and client consultations
- Attend company trainings, meetings, and development sessions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its values
