What You’ll Do:
- Provide end-to-end support during Open Enrollments
- Handle terminations, cancellations, and mid-term enrollments
- Assist with quoting and benefits comparison
- Manage and maintain a book of business
- Oversee account management and client communications
- Process ACORD forms and supplemental documentation
