- Insurance Branch Manager (Motor / Auto)
What You'll Do
✅ Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
✅ Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities
✅ Understand clients' financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
✅ Conduct sales presentations and close deals
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in insurance sales (non-life is HIGHLY PREFERRED)
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
✔ Experience handling B2C sales or agency recruitment/development is an advantage
✔ Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply
