RIBO licensed Insurance Broker / Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to personal and commercial insurance clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, renewals, and coverage explanations Review client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to ensure adequate protection Prepare and process policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records within the brokerage management system Work closely with insu...
