Contract Customer Service Office, Insurance (Non-sales, Office Hours, Central) #BLM Jobs Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email on account opening, transactions, and general account servicing matters
- Provide prompt and accurate support to clients and advisors, with focus on quality service and first contact resolution
- Follow up with customers and advisors on account opening applications, fund transfers, and third party payment requests
- Conduct call verifications for client detail updates, form amendments, password resets, and account maintenance requests
- Attend to walk in customers at the customer service centre and support their service requests efficiently
- Work closely with internal departments and team members to ensure smooth case resolution and support daily administrative tasks
