Summary The ideal candidate will have experience working in the property and casualty insurance sector in an underwriting capacity, including flood insurance, whether as an examiner or a position that required implementing guidance and policy language. Responsibilities What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will serve as an Insurance Examiner within the Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration. Typical assignments include: Serve as an underwriting expert for the National Flood Insurance Program ensuring that policyholders are being treated fairly in accordance with statutes, regulations, and policies where appropriate.
