The Company
We are working with a global consulting firm supporting a reputable Insurance company and are looking for an experienced Operations SME to join an ongoing project. This is a hands‑on operational role, not a BA or transformation position and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp‑up time.
This is a 6 months contract.
The Role- Act as the operational knowledge owner, providing Singapore life insurance expertise to BA and IT delivery teams.
- Translate new product features into operational and system requirements, bridging the gap between what a product does and how it needs to work on the ops side.
- Work within in-house proprietary systems (onboarding support will be provided).
- Review task plans and results to maintain delivery quality across the team.
