Operations Analyst - Policy Servicing/Policy Processing (Supporting Hong Kong)
The policy processing/servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Hong Kong market, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience for clients.The team handles policy servicing requests, such as amendments and renewals, for the Hong Kong market, working closely with clients, brokers, and underwriters.They provide customer support to policyholders in Hong Kong, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to policy coverage, claims, and payments.We will count on you to:
