About the TeamThe Global Payment team provides payment solutions to ensure that users have a smooth and secure payment experience across our platforms and services.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Design and develop insurance products from concept to launch, enable Insurance Sales & Claim in TikTok shop e-commerce platform, focusing on enhancing user/sellers experience, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies, using insights to inform product development.
