This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk role. It’s a dynamic, on-the-road sales and service position where your office changes every day. You’ll be out in the community, building genuine relationships and delivering risk solutions that actually make a difference to rural families.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hitting the Road: Visiting farms to conduct on-site risk analysis and offer tailored solutions.
Owning Your Patch: Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients.
Community Presence: Building trust with local farmers through face-to-face expertise.
Driving Growth: Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships.
