:The purpose of this role is to make, maintain and strengthen relationships with Sun Life Financial Distribution advisors in the Canadian Mandarin speaking market nationally so that the insurance needs of the Client are satisfied. The Insurance Sales Director is responsible for executing a tactical business plan to achieve their regional sales targets with a focus on increasing the number of advisor relationships through presentations and seminars, face to face and virtual meetings, and advanced case consultation.
Insurance Sales Directors share in Sun Life’s values and believe in growth to achieve goals. They help support market share growth and increased sales by executing on strategies to increase advisor penetration across a variety of insurance and health products.
