Job Description
We're looking for a motivated sales reps who want to get their insurance sales licenses (property and casualty) to help customers with their insurance needs and grow our book of business. This is a base pay + commission role and involves selling and servicing personal insurance policies, handling inquiries, and providing coverage recommendations. Responsibilities: Sell and service P&C/Personal Lines insurance products Work leads, generate new business, and support existing clients Process policy changes, renewals, and general service requests Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company standards Requirements: Inbound sales experience (not necessarily insurance) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work the 12PM -8:30 PM or 2pm-10pm central shifts (occasional weekend work required) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, expe...
