Description We are looking for an Insurance Verification Coordinator to join our team in Bronx, New York. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in supporting patients within the Emergency Department. You will assist individuals by identifying their needs, documenting essential health information, and connecting them with available resources to enhance their care experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-on-one patient interactions within the Emergency Department to assess needs and provide support.
• Utilize the provided screening tools to evaluate social determinants of health and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record.
