Job Opening: Intake & Recruitment Coordinator (Nightshift)
Location: Remote (7pm - 3am SAST)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire client intake process during nightshift hours, ensuring efficient and seamless communication
- Serve as the primary contact for new client inquiries received overnight, providing prompt and professional responses
- Collect, review, and accurately organize client documentation
- Coordinate service initiation including scheduling and internal communication during night hours
- Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating candidates, and scheduling interviews during nightshift
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires remotely
- Maintain and update client and candidate information in systems such as Monday.com
