Responsibilities
Drive the implementation of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) strategies throughout design, construction, and handover stages, ensuring alignment with corporate digital transformation objectives and industry standards.
Manage and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) efforts across consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring consistent use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and adherence to the BIM Execution Plan.
Develop automation scripts and tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python) to enhance BIM workflows and data handling efficiency; customize dashboards and digital construction tools to suit specific project needs.
Collaborate with IT and digital teams to integrate APIs and data platforms as required.
Support project teams in the adoption of digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Synchro for tasks like clash detection, 4D scheduling, and data validation.
