**Description:**
You will be the Integrated Program Planner Associate Manager for the IFG F-22 Sustainment Planning Team which is responsible for delivering integrated master schedule governance across the IFG program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Integrated Program Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for providing daily leadership to a team of planners, overseeing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and ensuring schedule health for multiple IFG products.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Guide Control Account Managers in building and maintaining the IMS, including monthly updates, critical‑path analysis, and risk assessments.
+ Drive execution of the PP&I business rhythm, delivering schedule and performance metrics to internal and external customers.
+ Provide expert consultation during high‑level customer reviews, ensuring baseline change control aligns with command directives.
