Integration and Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities

1. Coordination and Interface ManagementMaintain and own the I&C and SCADA Interface Register for all packages (turbine‑generator packages, balance of plant, switchyard, communication and TNB grid/SCADA). Critically review interface definitions, identify gaps, and formally instruct the EPCC Contractor to resolve inconsistencies in line with contractual obligations. Lead regular interface meetings (weekly/biweekly) with EPCC Contractor and their Sub Contractors to identify clashes, responsibilities and due dates; issue clear action lists and follow up to closure. Ensure alignment of control philosophies, I/O lists, communication architectures and signal lists between turbine suppliers, XD BOP, Anhe and TNB requirements. Act as the Employer’s technical authority for cross‑system integration matters and interface disputes.
