Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Ownership * Lead and execute complex technical design missions with high autonomy under general guidelines. * Propose, develop, and implement advanced engineering solutions in electromechanical and electrical systems. * Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior design engineers and designers. * Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and technical assistance. Product Design & Development * Own and deliver complex product design, including: * Detailed 2D/3D drawings * Bills of Materials (BOMs) * Sub-assemblies and system-level designs Ensure designs meet: * Technical specifications * Customer expectations * Supply chain constraints Lead functional contributions in product architecture and functional analysis.
