Expedia Group is hiring an Integration & Transformation Manager to support post‑merger and acquisition integration. Reporting to the Senior Director of Integration, the manager will design and execute a comprehensive integration plan for support functions including Finance, People, Real Estate, and Communications, and serve as a key contributor to integration programs within the Integration Management Office.
Responsibilities
Partner with functional leaders to translate deal rationale and operating‑model choices into a coherent cross‑functional integration plan and critical path.
Lead structured problem solving for key integration decisions (e.G., sequencing, scope, convergence vs. distinct roles), quantifying trade‑offs in synergies, cost‑to‑serve, risk, and change impact.
