Hiring: IVR Engineer


Location: India

✅ Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in IVR development
  • Hands-on experience with IVR platforms like Nuance (NDF/Mix preferred), Genesys, Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Avaya, or Cisco
  • Strong knowledge of VoiceXML (VXML) and IVR frameworks
  • Programming skills in Java / Python / NodeJS / C++
  • Experience in Conversational AI / Voice Bot / IVA projects
  • Good understanding of NLU & NLP concepts
  • Experience in REST API integration
  • Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Basic experience in SQL / NoSQL databases
