The ideal candidate will have at experience supporting attorneys in all aspects of U.S. and international patent and trademark preparation, filing, and prosecution. This role requires strong knowledge of USPTO and WIPO procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Patent Support
Prepare and file U.S. and international patent applications, including PCT applications.
Manage patent prosecution docket, including filing responses, managing deadlines, maintaining accurate records.
