**Description:** The Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property for Copyrights and Software Licensing will provide intellectual property advice and legal support to Lockheed Martin Corporation and serve as a point of contact within Lockheed Martin Space (Space) for IP-related legal support to all Space lines of business and functional organizations. The person filling this position will provide a full-range of intellectual property legal support and advise on legal issues related to government contracts and subcontracts, software licenses, commercial transactions, patenting, intellectual property-related litigation, and emerging issues in intellectual property. The successful candidate will create and provide guidance for all business areas on a comprehensive, company-wide approach to protecting Lockheed Martin’s IP via copyrights, complying with applicable copyright laws, reviewing and approving third party software licenses, including open source software licenses, and wil...
