Job Description
JD:
- Lead and manage all interface coordination activities among engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation teams for LNG/oil & gas projects.
- Identify, define, and maintain clear interface boundaries, responsibilities, and handover scopes between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement interface management procedures, protocols, interface registers, and tracking systems to ensure effective communication and coordination across all project phases.
- Coordinate and monitor interface deliverables and ensure all interface milestones and handovers are properly incorporated into the project schedule.
- Proactively identify interface risks, conflicts, and technical issues, and work closely with project teams to develop mitigation and resolution plans.
