Job Description
We are currently supporting a large NHS Trust in the West Midlands to recruit an experienced Interim HR Business Partner (Band 8a) for an initial 6-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Trust at a critical time, supporting Urgent & Emergency Care services. The role offers flexible/fully remote working for the right candidate, with occasional on-site presence as required.

As a senior member of the People & OD function, you will operate as a trusted advisor to Divisional leadership, playing a key role in driving workforce transformation and delivering strategic people priorities.
