The role – Project focus
You will take ownership of improving People & Culture reporting, with a focus on delivering insightful, data-driven outputs, including:Headcount analysis (FTEs, starters, leavers, internal movements) Attrition and retention trends Salary, bonus, and benefits cost modelling Productivity and cost-per-head metrics Linking workforce data into the P&L and forecasting processes Day-to-day responsibilities
