Interim Head of Quality & Assurance — Adult Social Care

Carrington Blake Recruitment is looking for an Interim Head of Quality & Assurance to join a Local Authority in Walsall. This critical role focuses on leading the transition of the adult social care quality assurance function back in-house and improving service delivery.

You will establish quality oversight, drive operational delivery, and influence senior stakeholders to create a culture of continuous improvement. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive rate of £550–£650 per day.
