Summary

The role is crucial for ensuring continuity of service delivery, stabilising team performance, and driving key commissioning programs while supporting a developing service following restructuring.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction across all-age commissioning services.
- Ensure continuity of delivery and maintain performance standards during the interim period.
- Set clear priorities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide assurance to senior leadership on service performance and risks.
