Job Description
- Design and manage permanent retail spaces and associated maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams ( brands, marketing, commercial) and external partners (suppliers, decorators, retailers).
- Oversee technical aspects of proposals and logistics (deliveries, orders).
- Manage project schedules, deadlines, and negotiate quotations.
- Supervise external producers for furniture and prototypes; approve materials and quotes.
- Provide suppliers with clear design briefs and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and allocate CAPEX/OPEX budgets in coordination with Marketing & Sales.
- Control all permanent fixtures within TRE (where, what, how many).
