- Provide high‑quality legal advice across a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, investments, treasury activities and governance.
- Support the execution of strategic transactions, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver commercially focused and practical outcomes.
- Advise on and review transaction documentation, ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s strategic objectives and risk appetite.
