- Develop detailed drafting and technical drawings for interior fit‑out and renovation projects
- Transform design concepts and sketches into accurate construction and working drawings
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, and custom furniture details
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Review drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with designers, architects, consultants, and contractors throughout project development
- Update and revise drawings according to design changes and site requirements
- Prepare material schedules, furniture layouts, and technical documentation
