Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, joinery details, and specifications
- Produce complete drawing packages including plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper execution of design plans
- Review shop drawings and material submittals
- Present ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of construction details, materials, and site execution
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion or similar
