Key Responsibilities
● Manage assigned HomeLane customers from initial consultation to design finalization and order booking.
● Understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically appealing design concepts.
● Create accurate quotations, detailed designs, and production-ready drawings.
● Ensure designs are feasible, installation-friendly, and aligned with site conditions.
● Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and installation) for seamless project execution.
● Present design concepts and pricing confidently to customers.
● Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive conversion targets.
