- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans based on client requirements.
- Present 2D/3D visualisations, sketches, and material selections for client approval.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, finishes, and colour schemes.
- Prepare and submit design proposals, floor plans, elevation drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Strong visualisation and space planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a good sense of proportion, materials, and colour.
