What You'll Do: You'll be the kind of person who: Documentation & Technical Delivery Prepare and coordinate detailed interior documentation packages (GA plans, RCPs, joinery details, elevations, schedules, and specifications) in accordance with project timelines and standards. Translate conceptual designs and design intent into accurate, buildable documentation. Develop detailed joinery, millwork, and custom furniture documentation, ensuring consistency with design vision and material selections. Produce BCA-compliant drawings and coordinate with consultants on compliance and technical issues. Manage documentation sets through various stages: Design Development, Tender, Construction, and As-Built.
