Objective of job 

  • Work on the development or localization of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars in the field of Interior Lighting (e.g., Ambient Light, Reading Lamps, Small White Lamps, etc.) in RD China
  • Develop both electrical/electronic (EE) hardware and optical/mechanical design for Interior lighting system together with suppliers in China, verify results in collaboration with R&D headquarter in Germany
  • Function definition: define, develop, and refine the complete functional architecture of the ambient lighting system, including normal ambient lighting (LIN), active ambient lighting (CAN/CAN FD), and basic interior lighting.
