Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate Financial Analyst with strong FP&A experience to support financial planning, reporting, and forecasting within a dynamic banking environment. This individual will partner closely with both business and technology stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain recurring financial reporting cadence, including monthly FAR (Financial Activity Reports), full-year variance analysis, and rolling forecasts.
- Support the development and management of annual budgets and ongoing financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide clear commentary and recommendations.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
